Ingredients:
1 finely grated apple
50g millet flakes
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
1 teaspoon buckwheat honey
1 cup plant-based milk
For topping (optional): raspberries, blackberries, almonds, peanut butter…
Simply mix the grated apple with our millet flakes, cocoa, cinnamon, and honey, then pour over the plant-based milk. Stir well and let the porridge sit for 5–10 minutes to thicken. You can add fruit or other toppings of your choice for extra flavor.
