Crispy nutty triangles made from millet flakes

Start your day with a nutritious and healthy meal by turning warm porridge into a refreshing, high-quality breakfast that will keep you full for a long time.

Ingredients:

  • 1 finely grated apple

  • 50g millet flakes

  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon buckwheat honey

  • 1 cup plant-based milk

  • For topping (optional): raspberries, blackberries, almonds, peanut butter…

Simply mix the grated apple with our millet flakes, cocoa, cinnamon, and honey, then pour over the plant-based milk. Stir well and let the porridge sit for 5–10 minutes to thicken. You can add fruit or other toppings of your choice for extra flavor.
