Golden Millet 

Amber Bee’s Millet is produced in an ecologically clean area of Russia. We work very hard to naturally produce all the cereals we grow. The grain undergoes multiple cleaning processes but is not damaged in any way throughout them. That is why Amber Bee golden millet has a bright yellow colour, pleasant aroma and unique taste.

How to Prepare
Rinse the millet through a thick sieve until the foaming stops (the foam is a natural feature of millet, but not desirable, as it gives millet a bitter taste during cooking).
Pour hot water or milk over millet in 1:4 ratio (1 cup of millet, 4 cups of liquid) and cook it for 15-20 minutes (depending on how soft you want the grain).
After cooking, cover it with a lid and let it rest for 10 minutes.
