Buckwheat grain (roasted)

Amber Bee roasted (steamed) buckwheat is obtained from a carefully selected buckwheat grain. The grain undergoes a multistep cleaning procedure and an obligatory rinsing before steaming.

How to prepare
Rinse roasted buckwheat through a sieve.
Pour water over it in 1:1.5 ratio (1 cup of buckwheat, 1.5 cup of water).
When the water boils, reduce the heat, cover it and cook it over low heat for 15 minutes, until the buckwheat absorbs all the water.
If you want the grain to be even softer, remove it from the heat and leave it covered for as long as you consider necessary.
